It is also worthy to substitute sweet carbonated drinks with water and herbal teas. They will wash-out all toxins from your organism.

Physical activity is not less important than healthy eating. Have regular exercises two or three times per week for all groups of muscles and you will always feel well and remain in good shape. For this purpose cardiovascular exercises are perfect: jogging, aerobics, skipping etc. You are free to choose between numerous activities. Just be enthusiastic enough not to give up everything in a week.

Timely rest is often underestimated. People forget that they need to rest and actively work and solve their problems almost round o’clock. Soon they become exhausted and feel not so strong and able to cope with difficulties they face. That is why it is extremely important to rest and devote time to hobbies and favorite occupations, since they will help to restore strength and accumulate positive emotions.
